Striker Academy
For expert striker training, join Prolific Striker Academy, Bromley. Here at PSA we aim to create an elite training environment for young forwards and attacking players (aged 12-18) through focused practice designs where we dig deeper and drill further into the role of a forward player.
Our academy sessions are held at Bishop Justus school, Magpie Hall Lane, Bromley, BR2 8HZ every Monday from 7pm – 8.30pm.
Scoring goals reliably and consistently takes a very specific skill set, and striker coaching is all about developing these skills. From having the courage to make the most of a golden opportunity, to spotting chances no-one else may have noticed, our striker training is designed to open your eyes to every aspect of being a forward player.
Striker Coaching
Our Bromley-based striker football training courses offers practical repetition work which trains players to act without thinking, instinctively. With our striker coaching, Bromley 12–18-year-olds will develop the skills to bring their football dreams one step closer.
So, how does our striker academy go about delivering this? Throughout the monthly training block, we take the players on a development journey where technical, tactical, physical and psychological considerations are worked on through creative and game related session designs.
We ensure that we work in small groups (no more than 6 boys per coach) where the contact time between coach and player is maximised. (Want to get an extra head start? Consider our 1-2-1 sessions.)
We also incorporate sports science into what we do, so that the players can physically action the challenges we set them. In doing so, our strength & conditioning coaches have a 30-minute block to work with each group on our training night.
Our strikers can then put into practice what they have learned as the striker and goalkeeper groups come together towards the end of each session.

Striker Football Training
Most young footballers – in fact, most youngsters of all sporting persuasions – cast themselves as a striker when they imagine taking to the pitch as a member of their favourite football team. Scoring goals is, after all, what the game is all about. While every player on the field is a vital and valuable member of the team, without a striker football teams wouldn’t be unable to convert everyone’s hard work into a meaningful result.
Most importantly, putting young players in touch with their ambitions by offering them the opportunity to fully understand the role of goal scorer always motivates them to give their best and achieve more than they ever thought they could. Football striker coaching is therefore a great way to hone your football skills.
